Benidorm, pioneer in intelligent tourist health care service

Benidorm has proposed to respond to the needs of a growing senior tourism, which also represents a clear deseasonalization factor, with the pilot project PATTI, Protection and Intelligent Technical Tourism Assistance.

Thus, thanks to the public-private partnership led by Visit Benidorm, will offer assistance to tourists with special needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving immediate response to any contingency that may arise during your stay in Benidorm.

PATTI provides the tourist with an electronic device with geolocator and intercom with SOS emergency button, which also has a fall sensor and emergency situations that monitors the user.

The 100 devices initially programmed will serve 1,200 tourists in the pilot period in a bid for quality quality tourism.
